How Smart Estate Guide works
We're an independent referral service. We don't install anything, sell equipment or favor any brand. We do the legwork of finding the right installer for you, then set up consultations until you're confident.
1. You tell us about the home
The property, what you want done, your system preference if you have one, your timing and a rough budget. It takes about two minutes.
2. We check and match
Before an installer can receive introductions from us, we check:
- Their state contractor license, on the state's own lookup.
- Their certification for the systems they install.
- Finished projects similar to yours.
- That they can finish your project on your timeline and within a realistic budget.
3. We set up your consultations
We book your first consultation with the installer that fits best, at the home, aboard or on video. Want to compare? We set up consultations with other strong options, one after another or side by side, until you're confident. Your details go only to the installers you meet, and you're never obliged to hire anyone.
How we're paid
Installers pay us a referral fee only when a project goes ahead. You never pay us anything.
